Lucent Technologies (Egypt)
This project presented a number of challenges, primarily that of gathering a local, regional, and expat workforce to a relatively challenging environment, and creating on-the-job synthesis.
As FSC has vast experience in a variety of global regions, particularly the Middle East, it was able to leverage its’ global community of A/E talent to locate a select few with very specific traits and skills.
